What can I say, CrossFit has changed my life. I was never an athlete or into fitness in any way. In addition, I had bad eating habits, somewhat overweight and NOT fit at all. CrossFit has changed me in many ways. My diet and exercise routine has put me in the best shape of my life.
I enjoy motivating and encouraging others to achieve their personal fitness goals. Their achievements give me great satisfaction as a coach. Being surrounded by great coaches and friends motivates me to become a better athlete and coach. CrossFit is definitely for everyone around. All you have to do is walk in the door, and we will take care of the rest.
I currently am a CrossFit Level 2 trainer, and also have my CrossFit Football Certification as well as my CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification.
