Ryan Scott is a prior Marine and started his fitness journey in 2008 while in service. After serving, he made his passion for fitness a lifestyle by becoming a personal trainer creating individual nutrition and workout plans for clients. His love for CrossFit started in 2012 after doing his first WOD “Helen” at Full Tilt. Ever since that moment it’s become an integral part of his life. Reaching back to his personal training days, Ryan wanted to educate and make a positive impact on others by becoming a Crossfit coach. He received his L1 training certificate in January 2014 and a USAW American Open Qualifier. He is a competitive crossfitter competing as both an individual athlete and as a team member in competitions across the southeast earning multiple podium spots.
