Prehab

  1. Assessment to determine bilateral imbalances such as limited mobility, strength, and movement that could potentially lead to a sport-related injury.
  2. Development of an individualized training plan to correct imbalances to prevent injury and increase overall performance.

Power Training

Individualized training that targets power output in all major planes of motion while ensuring power gained transfers to planes commonly used in athlete's sport.

Conditioning

There are 3 major energy pathways utilized in all sports. We target specific pathways related to athlete's sport to increase

  1. Quick, explosive, maximal movement
  2. High-intensity burst movements
  3. Low-intensity work over longer periods of time.
